## Information submitted through this website
When you request an estimate, we collect the contact and project information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone, email, town or project address, project details, timeframe and budget, along with your permission to contact you. The short estimate form does not require an email address.
## Processing and storage
Forms are processed by this website's Cloudflare Worker and saved in a Cloudflare D1 database for Kenny's Home Renovations & Repairs to review and respond to your inquiry. Authorized staff can view requests in an access-controlled website inbox. Form submissions are no longer sent to Formspree. Owner email alerts are not currently enabled; requests are saved in the website inbox. If alerts are enabled later, the selected email provider and receiving mailbox will also process the notification.
## Security and spam prevention
The online form uses Cloudflare Turnstile when configured, server-side field validation, a hidden spam-trap field and rate limits. Cloudflare processes technical information needed for security checks, including network and browser signals. The server uses the client IP address for short-term rate limiting. We do not store that IP address in the inquiry record. These safeguards reduce spam but cannot eliminate it. If the security check is unavailable, please call rather than sending sensitive details by another unverified form.
## Purpose, access and retention
We use inquiry information to respond to estimate requests and discuss renovation or repair work. Please do not include payment-card information, passwords or other sensitive information. Inquiry records remain in our database until reviewed and removed by an authorized administrator; there is no fixed automatic deletion period currently configured. To ask about access, correction or removal of your information, contact khomesrr@yahoo.com or (864) 492-5153. Requests will be reviewed; this policy does not promise an immediate or unconditional deletion.
## Website analytics
Public pages load Google Analytics and Google Ads through Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity. These providers may process usage information and use cookies, including pages visited, device/browser information, clicks and scrolling. Admin pages do not load those analytics. We do not intentionally send inquiry field values as analytics events. Provider configuration and browser privacy controls affect collection. More information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement and https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
